Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not keep products in our own warehouse: each order is sent to our fulfillment partner and shipped directly by an independent supplier in the US or overseas, depending on the item. Items in one order may come from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages.

Delivery times

• Items from US suppliers: usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, then 3 to 5 business days in transit.

• Items from overseas suppliers: usually processed within 1 to 5 business days, then 7 to 15 business days in transit.

Total time is processing plus transit. These are estimates, not guarantees: times vary by product, supplier and carrier, and can run longer during holidays (November to January), bad weather, customs checks or carrier delays.

Digital products. Digital downloads, if offered, are delivered by email after purchase and are not shipped.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking. You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If it ships in more than one package, you may get more than one tracking email. Tracking for overseas items can take a few days to show updates.

Customs and duties. US orders are not normally charged import duties by us. If a carrier asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.
